Founded in 2012, GIEOM is an award-winning enterprise productivity company trusted by 90+ banks across the globe with the likes of World Bank, Bank of England, Euro Bank, State Bank of India etc. GIEOM creates software that enables organizations manage their policies & SOPs, simplify digital identity verification process, manage risks and enable financial institutions adopt an operational resilience framework.

Meet the Team
John Santhosh
John Santhosh is a parallel entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in providing IT solutions for Banking, Finance and Engineering enterprise businesses. After spending 15 years in leadership roles with Oracle, ABB and Nimbus, John started his first start-up GIEOM, an AI powered enterprise change management solutions provider in 2012, and grew it into global leader with 50+ enterprise customers in 40+ countries around the world.
A believer of building ‘customer funded businesses’, John has built four companies from ideas to products and scaled up the business to become profitable without any institutional funding. With two exits under his belt, he is currently advisor to 6 technology companies. He is closely working with Niti Aayog (The Planning Commission of India) in digitization of government schemes.
Before starting GIEOM, John was with Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd’s (OFSS) as Sales Director for EMEA & ASPAC Markets and with ABB's Industrial Automation Division. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of ERP Research Centre at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore for few years before setting up his various entrepreneurial initiatives. He is currently the member of IIM Bangalore’s Digital Innovation Lab and India-Japan Study Centre.

Bhavana is the Chief Technology Officer at GIEOM. She has over 20years of industry experience. She has spent the last decade building enterprise grade software, doing product strategy, system design and creating heterogenous teams across varied tech stacks. Having started her career with CITIL, the tech spinoff from Citi a leading global bank, Bhavana has had stints with global technology organizations like ORACLE and TIBCO.
As a Co-Founder at GIEOM, she has built AI/ML based solutions in the areas of identity proofing and low code enterprise risk management solutions that enhances and simplifies human interactions and experiences with their eco system. Apart from technology she is interested in classical music, alternative medicine, yoga and sustainability.

A Chartered Accountant with 25+ years of experience across diverse firms specializing in Capital Market, Financial Services, Financial and Banking Technology. The firms which he was part of included OTC Exchange of India, 3i Infotech, Miles Software and others. Over last two decades he has been part of building successful enterprise application across various banking, financial and insurance domains. Over the years he has worked on large domestic and international fortune 500 company projects.
At GIEOM, his responsibility includes managing the Risk Product suite, subject matter expertise, and managing the Finance office. He is also associated with various educational bodies shaping young minds.

Shakir is the Chief Business Officer at GIEOM with over a decade of IT products solutioning experience in the BFSI segment. Having worked in one of the largest banks in UK, he joined GIEOM with an aspiration to take GIEOM to greater heights in the space of regtech and fintech. Shakir plays a key role in strategizing the products and generating revenue for the company with a consultative solutioning initiative across all the GIEOM products. He also manages the strategic global partner alliances.
